SHE AIN’T CALLED SADIE NO MORE

SHE AIN’T CALLED SADIE NO MORE. I got to stand next to one of those giant show girls once. She was about ten feet tall. And she wore half inch thick flesh colored body armor. She had a big smile and she stood with one leg bent and her hands on her hips for every picture. I wondered if I could buy her coffee in the cafe and we could talk about the small town where she came from. She reminded me of my first girlfriend who left me cause all I wanted to do was hold hands and talk.
